How it works
First 10 credits for free. No credit card. Setup your first event in ~20 minutes.

If you only read one section, read this one.
01
Setup your event
Add your event details, create ticket types, and build the registration form you need (optional).
02
Get your guests in
Either publish your event page and let the guests register themselves, or upload a guest list you already have. Both routes end in the same plce.
03
Tickets go out automatically
Every registration/guest contact generates one unique QR ticket sent over email, WhatsApp, or SMS (subject to regional availability); or downloaded as print-ready PDFs if you’d rather hand them out yourself.
04
Scan them in on the day
Your team scans tickets from their own phones. Entries validate in under a second and duplicates are blocked across every gate.
05
Get your attendance record
Live arrivals during the event, and a full attendance report the moment doors close—conversion, no-show rate, arrival patterns, all exportable.
That’s the whole flow. Everything below is details

Most setups split your guest list across four tools, requiring manual exports and leaving the door with outdated data. EventHelm keeps one live list: every registration or uploaded guest becomes a ticket, a scan, and an attendance record.

Payment record (who paid)
Spreadsheet (who got a ticket)

Every dashed step is a manual export — and a chance to drift.

No exports, no re-imports. No out-of-date lists.
Not every event collects registrations. EventHelm handles both routes identically from the ticket onwards.
Route A: Guests register themselves
Best when you want to promote your event and get potential guests to themselves register. Also highly suited for paid events. You publish an event page with a registration form, share a link, and tickets go out automatically as registrations complete.
Route B: You already have the guest list
Best for internal events, invited guests, and anything where the guest list is already known rather than request. Upload a CSV, map the columns, and generate tickets for everyone at once. No registration step at all.
Either way, each guest gets a unique QR code-based ticket, gets it validated at the door, and lands in the same attendance record.
EventHelm has no subscription and takes 0% commission on ticket sales. You buy credits and spend roughly one credit per guest. So a $500 delegate ticket costs the same to process as a $500 seat.
Each credit covers the ticket not the channel. Whether you send a ticket by email, SMS (where available), or WhatsApp, the cost remains one credit per ticket. Downloading tickets as a print-ready batch also costs one credit per ticket. If you want both digital delivery and print-ready downloads for the same event, the second option is 60% off. So, for 100 guests, you’ll need 100 credits for digital delivery and 40 credits for the downloadable batch. That means 140 credits in total instead of 200.
Guest activation, arriving shortly after launch, will be priced separately. Since reminder and confirmation messages cost extra, they’ll be charged on usage rather than being folded into credits. Note: Registered non-profits are eligible for up to 40% discount.
